Frequently Asked Questions
Does this edition work wirelessly on Xbox?
Yes. The WUCHANG edition supports wireless Xbox play through its included 2.4 GHz USB receiver, not Xbox Bluetooth.
Are the thumbsticks Hall Effect?
No. The thumbsticks use TMR technology; the analog triggers use Hall Effect technology.
Can I use 1,000 Hz polling and gyro mapping on Xbox?
No. These features are specified for PC only. Up to 1,000 Hz polling is available through wired USB or 2.4 GHz on PC.
Can I plug in a headset while playing wirelessly?
Yes. The 3.5 mm jack supports audio when connected through the 2.4 GHz receiver, as well as during wired use.
Can I use any replacement USB receiver?
Do not assume a replacement will work. GameSir states that its controllers pair only with their originally bundled receivers.
